3. Certificates

Certificates will be issued only upon fulfillment of the following conditions:

• Successful completion of all required course modules.
• Satisfactory performance in assessments or evaluations, where applicable.
• Full and successful payment of all applicable course fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

Grade Learners shall not be held liable for any of the following:

• Guaranteed job placements, employment offers, or hiring outcomes.
• Technical issues, downtime, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content provided by partnered institutions or organizations (such as Google or Microsoft, if applicable).

5. Modifications to Terms

Grade Learners reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
