The registration fee is strictly non-refundable regardless of the payment method used. This fee covers LMS account creation, personal dashboard setup, and administrative onboarding processes.
GradeLearner reserves the right to reschedule or postpone classes due to trainer unavailability, technical issues, or operational requirements.
In exceptional situations where GradeLearner cancels a learner’s admission, the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable charges. The refund timeline will be communicated accordingly.
Learners will become eligible for placement assistance only after fulfilling the following requirements:

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a 30–60 day timeline or as communicated by GradeLearner at the time of approval. Refunds will be credited through the original payment method or as per the standard process.
