Refund Eligibility and Deductions Policy

At GradeLearner, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning and career support. By enrolling in our programs, learners agree to the following Refund & Program Policy.

1. Registration Fee

The registration fee is strictly non-refundable regardless of the payment method used. This fee covers LMS account creation, personal dashboard setup, and administrative onboarding processes.

2. Class Scheduling & Rescheduling

GradeLearner reserves the right to reschedule or postpone classes due to trainer unavailability, technical issues, or operational requirements.

  • All updates will be communicated in advance.
  • Such changes are considered a part of normal program delivery.
  • Rescheduling or postponement of classes will not be considered a valid reason for refund requests.

3. Admission Cancellation by GradeLearner

In exceptional situations where GradeLearner cancels a learner’s admission, the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable charges. The refund timeline will be communicated accordingly.

4. Placement Process Eligibility

Learners will become eligible for placement assistance only after fulfilling the following requirements:

  • Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance.
  • Complete and submit all assignments, projects, and assessments on time.
  • Actively participate in mock interviews, resume-building, and career support sessions.

Placement assistance will only be activated once all eligibility criteria are successfully completed.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests based solely on non-receipt of placement opportunities or job offers will not be accepted.
  • The program will be considered successfully delivered once training, mentorship, and support services are provided as committed.
  • Learners are expected to actively participate and complete all program requirements.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • GST: Non-refundable as per government regulations.
  • Processing Charges: Includes payment gateway and administrative costs.
  • EMI/Subvention Charges: Any interest or fees paid to financing partners are non-refundable.
  • LMS Access Charges: Applicable once access to the learning portal has been granted.
  • Study Material Charges: Includes videos, recordings, and course content provided from day one.
  • Installment / Pay-in-Parts Plans: Fees paid under installment-based plans are non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a 30–60 day timeline or as communicated by GradeLearner at the time of approval. Refunds will be credited through the original payment method or as per the standard process.

8. Learner Responsibility

Learners are expected to:

  • Attend sessions regularly.
  • Complete coursework and projects on time.
  • Actively engage in placement preparation activities.

GradeLearner provides guidance, resources, and opportunities, but outcomes depend on individual effort and participation.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any GradeLearner program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Program Policy.
