3. Certificates

Certificates will be issued only upon fulfillment of the following conditions:

• Successful completion of all required course modules.
• Satisfactory performance in assessments or evaluations, where applicable.
• Full and successful payment of all applicable course fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

GradeLearner is committed to providing high-quality training and career support. The following clarifications ensure transparency in our offerings:

Career Outcomes: GradeLearner provides 100% placement , including interview opportunities and career guidance. Final hiring decisions and employment outcomes depend on individual performance, skill level, and the hiring organization’s criteria.

Platform & Technical Services: While we strive to maintain a seamless learning experience, occasional technical interruptions or service disruptions may occur due to third-party platforms or service providers.

External Content & Partnerships: Content, tools, or certifications provided through partnered institutions or organizations (such as Google or Microsoft, where applicable) are subject to their respective standards and updates. GradeLearner ensures alignment but does not control external content sources.

5. Modifications to Terms

Grade Learners reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms &
Conditions at any time without prior notice.
