At Grade Learners, we strive to ensure you have a meaningful
and result-driven learning experience. Please review our refund and cancellation
policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 100% refund within 7 days of course enrollment
provided that all of the following conditions are met:
The learner has not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
No course completion or participation certificate has been issued.
No live sessions have been attended.
2. No Refund in the Following Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
A significant portion of the course content has already been consumed.
The course has already started in the case of live batch programs.
The refund request is raised after 7 days from the date of enrollment.
The course was purchased under any discounted, promotional, or special offer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Learners may cancel their enrollment by sending a written request to
support@gradelearners.com.
If the cancellation request meets the eligibility criteria, the applicable
refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the
original payment method used at the time of purchase.
